Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee integrated production efforts across experiential and film/content projects
• Partner closely with creative, design, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Manage creative resources, workflows, and timelines across a team of approximately 6–7 creatives and designers
• Help prioritize projects, allocate resources, and ensure teams have the support needed to deliver high-quality work
• Provide senior-level production guidance and strategic input throughout the creative process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive projects forward
• Manage production schedules, budgets, deliverables, and overall execution
• Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track

• Senior-level producer with Executive Producer or equivalent experience
• Strong background in integrated production, with experience spanning experiential and film/content production
• Proven experience managing creative teams and resources
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or creative environment preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, design, and production teams
• Initial commitment: through January with anticipated increased involvement leading up to launch
• Approximately 25–30 hours/week initially
• Full-time commitment beginning in September through January
