The Heist, a unit within Thinkingbox, seeks a Senior Motion Designer in Chicago to lead craft, design compelling 2D/3D motion, and mentor teammates across production stages. You’ll collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to elevate style frames, animations, and overall visual storytelling.
You will mentor junior designers, tackle complex creative and technical challenges, and help guide projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining high craft standards.
