Soccer Speed is seeking a creative and motivated Photography & Videography Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for a junior or senior college student pursuing a degree in Photography/ Videography, Digital Media, or a related field.

The intern will be responsible for capturing engaging photo and video content during training sessions at our three locations. Content will be used across our social media platforms, website, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a professional portfolio while gaining hands-on experience creating content for a growing sports organization.

Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during Soccer Speed training sessions.
  • Film dynamic training drills, player highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Create short-form video content (can be filmed on phone) for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook, and You Tube Shorts.
  • Edit photos and videos into engaging social media content.
  • Organize and maintain digital media files.
  • Collaborate with the Soccer Speed staff to develop creative content ideas.
  • Capture promotional content for camps, clinics, and special events.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all visual content.
Qualifications
  • Current Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university.
  • Experience using professional camera equipment preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with Edits, Cap Cut, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software.
  • Passion for sports photography and storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between Northbrook, Barrington, and West Chicago.
