The Heist, the motion design, live action, and post production studio within Thinkingbox, seeks a Senior Motion Designer to lead through craft and mentor others. You’ll design, animate, and elevate projects from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with art directors and producers to develop style frames, 3D scenes, and animation; own complex assignments, maintain craft, and guide teams through production. In-office Mon–Thu, Fridays are remote optional.
