We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a small, fast-moving design team — you'd be one of three senior designers reporting directly to the Head of Design.

You'll work across our platform, which lives as both a responsive web app and a mobile app. Some of your work will be refining and extending flows inside a large, established product that thousands of people use every day; some will be building new features and products 0 to 1. Both come with real platform constraints to work within. We want someone who can move quickly without cutting corners on craft, and who can walk us through how they got there — what they tried, what they threw out, and why they landed where they did.

• Own complex flows end to end, from framing the problem through to delivered, shipped design
• Solve multi-faceted UX problems inside a large system — roles, permissions, transactions, and the structural complexity that comes with a multi-user product
• Extend and improve our design system while raising the bar on UI and interaction quality
• Design fluently for both responsive web and native mobile
• Build complex, interactive prototypes in Figma to pressure-test flows and communicate your thinking
• Act as the design lead on your work — partnering directly with PMs and engineers, and presenting your decisions to management

• Senior-level visual and interaction craft, with expert command of design patterns and UX principles — and the reasoning behind your choices visible, not just clean final screens
• Experience designing within a large, complex, established platform, not only standalone projects
• A portfolio that shows your iteration and thinking, not only the finished work
• Strong UI execution plus real design-system contributions
• Comfort designing for both responsive web and mobile app interfaces
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
