Senior EditorWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Editor to lead our content standards within an innovative AI-Search practice. This high-velocity role is central to ensuring each piece of patient-facing content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to guide patients effectively through their journey. RequiredSkills
- Proven ability to both write original content and edit content produced by writers, subject matter experts, and AI tools.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume content production environments, with the ability to review and edit dozens of content assets daily while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- At least 5+ years of editorial leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, financial services, legal, pharma, or other regulated fields
- Practical experience integrating LLM-based AI tools into editorial workflows, including managing AI-generated drafts at volume
- Strong SEO expertise, including search intent, on-page structure, internal linking, schema, and citation behaviors
- Ability to create clear, actionable briefs and conduct thorough editorial QA
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet high-velocity deadlines without compromising quality
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements within regulated industries
- Skilled in coaching and developing editorial staff to elevate team performance
- Experience with web publishing systems.
- Knowledge of content strategy and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with content variation types, such as FAQs, blogs, videos, and web pages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.
- Understanding of SEO from an AI perspective, including duplicate detection and content uniqueness.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields.
- Prior experience managing high-volume content production in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
- Experience working with AI tools in editorial production is highly desirable.
