Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Graphic Designer I

As one of the fastest-growing on-the-go drinkware companies in America, we’ve got a reputation for doing great things. Our vision is simple - bring delight to eating and drinking.

Delight is different to everyone. Whether it’s the perfect cup of coffee, or a water bottle that helps you crush your workout, our mission is to make it look great, function perfectly and cost less than you’d expect.

Delivering on this promise takes extraordinary efforts and exceptional people. Through our teams’ ingenuity and grit, we’ve created a place where the best ideas win, and they can come from anyone. Our culture combines the scrappy spirit of a startup with the perks of a market leader.

We believe the right way to design products starts and ends with two key ingredients: process + people. Process is the path that takes us from ideas to products that are on brand, on time and on budget. People are the secret sauce that adds ingenuity every step of the way.

Together, we navigate each day with optimism, curiosity, a healthy sense of humor and a strong allergy to the word “no.” This desire for better, coupled with a deep understanding of consumers’ daily lives, gets us to meaningful delight.

About the Role

This role lives in the digital space and will be behind the email newsletters, web banners, paid ads, and content that show up wherever our consumers are scrolling! This role gets hands‑on with making our e‑commerce photos camera‑ready and help picking the colors that set the mood for our digital campaigns. It's a role for someone who cares about the details (image & typography compositions, color contrast, and the occasional image retouching ) as much as the big picture of how the brand feels across every screen.

If you want to make an impact on keeping our digital presence sharp, consistent, and a little more fun than your average feed.

What You’ll Do
  • Create engaging marketing assets including email newsletters, web banners, paid ads, and content that connects with consumers across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and adapt vector illustrations and repeating patterns for use on products and digital experiences.
  • Contribute to building bold color palettes that define digital campaigns, seasonal patterns, and product lines.
  • Prepare and perfect e‑commerce product images through expert photo retouching, editing, image manipulation, and production‑ready file preparation.
  • Cross‑channel collaboration to brainstorm digital asset ideas that push creativity forward.
  • Support the review and approval process by making thoughtful revisions based on input from Marketing and Design partners.
  • Maintain well‑structured files, document design revisions, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Jump in on special projects and ad hoc design needs that help move the brand forward.
