We partner with independent filmmakers and production companies to acquire and monetize narrative features, web series, and pilots through a hybrid distribution ecosystem backed by dynamic short-form syndication.

We are seeking a zealous Acquisitions Scout to identify, negotiate, and secure high-caliber narrative IP for our global streaming platform. While based in Chicago, this role spans local, regional, and national independent film markets. You will build direct relationships with creators, scout completed and in-production titles, and execute non-exclusive licensing agreements.

• Active Sourcing:
  Scout independent film showcases, festivals, production slates, and digital directories nationally to spot high-quality narrative IP early.
• Deal Execution:
  Pitch Brixlore's non-exclusive partner model, walk filmmakers through licensing terms, and close 3 to 6 qualified titles per month minimum.
• Asset Onboarding:
  Coordinate with creators to secure high-res master files, key art, and metadata for platform ingestion.

• Active involvement or strong interest in the independent film, web series, or media production community.
• Natural networking capabilities with an eagerness to connect with directors, producers, and local creators.
• Basic understanding of film rights and digital distribution (or a fast learner willing to master our licensing models).
