Producer, Creative Arts​/Media, TV & Film Production

We are seeking a versatile Freelance Producer / Post-Producer to support a busy team across on-set production and post-production workflows. This is a project-based opportunity expected to begin within one week and continue through at least the end of October, with potential to extend.

Start: Within one week

Duration: Through at least the end of October, with potential extension

Hours: Approximately 10+ hours per week; flexible schedule, with potential for additional hours

Location: Chicago preferred

Rate: $55-60/hr.

Equipment: Candidates with their own computer are preferred.

• Support on-set production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, vendor and crew coordination.
• Lead post-production coordination, including edit scheduling and communication with editors, colorists, and mixers.
• Track deliverables, milestones, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and client-facing timelines in a fast-paced agency-of-record environment.
• Maintain clear communication and strong organizational oversight throughout project life cycles.

• Proven producer and/or post-producer experience supporting high-profile work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of production and post-production workflows.
• Experience with budget tracking, POs, vendor management, and invoicing.
• Exceptional project-management, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple active work streams independently.
• Must be comfortable working under a standard NDA and disclosing any active engagements with directly competing pharma or biotech brands during the assignment.
