UX Designer

About The Role

The UX Designer will shape workflows and interfaces across a cloud-based technology product, turning complex user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into clear, usable experiences. The role covers discovery, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and production-ready specifications.

The designer will partner with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and data teams to improve core journeys across web applications and responsive experiences. The work matters because thoughtful information architecture and interaction patterns directly affect adoption, task completion, and customer retention.

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma for web and responsive product experiences
• Translate research findings, analytics, support trends, and stakeholder input into prioritized UX improvements and testable design hypotheses
• Create and maintain reusable components, patterns, and documentation within a shared design system
• Plan and facilitate usability tests, concept evaluations, and design critiques; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, assess technical feasibility, and resolve implementation details before launch
• Deliver detailed annotations, responsive states, accessibility considerations, and acceptance criteria for engineering handoff
• Measure post-launch outcomes using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms, and iterate based on observed user behavior

• 1–3 years of professional experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a closely related role, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products
• Strong proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, and design-system workflows
• Experience designing complex web applications, SaaS products, or data-rich workflows with multiple user roles and permission models
• Working knowledge of user-centered design methods, including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly, incorporate feedback, and collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams
• Understanding of responsive design, WCAG accessibility principles, and practical front-end constraints such as HTML, CSS, and common component patterns
• Bonus:
  Experience with analytics and experimentation tools, service design, UX research operations, or a degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, psychology, or a related field
