Join MOOD as a UX/Visual Designer to craft beautiful, intuitive digital experiences for our clients. You'll work across industries to design interfaces that not only look stunning but solve real business problems. • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and user needs
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

• Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines
• Design high-fidelity mockups and production-ready assets
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining usability
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Provide detailed design specifications and asset handoffs
• Participate in agile sprints and design reviews
• Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets
• Mentor junior designers and share design best practices

• Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with design trends

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and visual design excellence
• Expert proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
• Experience working in agile/scrum environments

• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Principle, or similar)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development constraints
• Experience with design handoff tools and version control
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
• Knowledge of animation and micro-interaction design
• Experience with user testing tools and methodologies

• Experience in B2B or enterprise software design
• Experience with brand identity and marketing design
• Background in field services or similar industries
• Experience with design ops and process optimization
