Performance Creative Strategist / Graphic, Video & AI Designer - Location:
Fully remote - REQUIRED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US or CANADA - Schedule:
Primarily U.S. business hours, with flexibility as needed - Reports to:
VP Creative / CMO - Base Salary Range: $100,000–$140,000 + performance bonuses

We're hiring a Performance Creative Strategist / Graphic, Video & AI Designer who can produce a high volume of winning ad creative, fast. This is a performance marketing role, not a traditional design or social media job.
You’ll owner the creative engine behind our paid acquisition across multiple products. That means coming up with the angles and building the ads yourself: statics, video, UGC‑style edits, and variations.
You’ll use AI and modern creative tools to ship a lot of work each week without losing the strategy behind it.
This Is NOT
- A traditional brand design role
- A strategy‑only role where someone else does all the building
- This is a senior level position. We are looking for experience and performance.

The Core of This Role:
Volume + Quality
Paid social rewards teams that test more. We need someone who can put out a lot of creative that is still good and strategically sound.
In a typical week you will:
- Develop 10–20+ new concepts and angles across 4–8+ products
- Produce 80+ finished, launch‑ready ad assets across statics, video, and variations (We have an video editor and a designer who will assist you in your work)
- Turn one winning concept into many iterations: new hooks, headlines, formats, sizes, personas, and offers
- Go from idea to launch‑ready creative in hours, not days
- Keep quality, brand standards, and compliance consistent at that pace
- A portfolio of performance creative work (required, see

) - Proven ability to produce high volumes of ad creative on tight timelines
- Hands‑on skill with AI image, video, and copy tools, plus the judgment to know when the output is actually good
- Experience in DTC health, wellness, telehealth, supplements, beauty, nutra, or a similar direct‑response category
- Experience with concepts that have spent $100K+/month
- A track record of ads that drove actual paid acquisition, not just attractive content
- A strong understanding of Meta buying and how creative volume and diversity affect scaling
- Strong copywriting instincts and excellent visual design skills
- Experience turning customer research, reviews, competitor ads, and offer insights into winning concepts
