Customer Service Representative

Description

A leading insurance provider is seeking a Customer Service (Producer Service) Representative for a fast-paced, onsite role. In this position, you will address escalated customer inquiries, support field sales agents, and deliver a positive, solution-oriented experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable insurance industry leader with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle escalated producer and customer inquiries

+ Support sales agents with insurance product information and technical troubleshooting

+ Resolve new business, underwriting, claim, and compensation situations

+ Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills

+ Meet quality and performance standards

Requirements

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferred

+ 2+ years' call center/customer service experience preferred

+ Basic computer skills; insurance knowledge a plus

+ Bilingual (Spanish) is NOT required but is a PLUS.

+ Ability to work flexible hours
