Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chicago, IL for a Customer Success Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and providing exceptional support. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, analyzing data to enhance customer experiences, and collaborating with internal teams to implement solutions. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to anticipate and meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and address customer needs and challenges
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and teams
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer solutions
  • Familiarity with AI-based logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus
