Position Overview: As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide crucial support during peak times or to cover for staff absences. Your engaging personality and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming environment for guests and students at our campus.

• Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in customer service or a guest-facing role is preferred.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
