Position Responsibilities
- Open new client accounts - for both new and existing clients, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant
- Submit applications - to custodians, annuity providers, and life insurance carriers with accuracy and speed
- Track and verify - the status of new accounts, transfers, and funding to ensure timely completion without errors
- Coordinate and follow up - on all client transfers, account updates, and new business processing with thoroughness and care
- Monitor insurance workflows - stays on top of annuity and life insurance application progress, keeping clients in the loop
- Manage client money movements - processes deposits, distributions, and recurring withdrawals efficiently and accurately
- Handle client service calls - receives inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner and resolves requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records - inputs notes into the CRM and keeps all internal systems current, including Right Capital, Riskalyze, Hubly, and Knack
- Process client updates - including beneficiary changes, account maintenance forms, and document submissions (e.g., trust and estate paperwork)
- Process insurance premiums - ensures payments are handled and tracked on time
- Communicate professionally - maintains clear, timely communication with both clients and internal team members
- Support the team - provides occasional phone coverage and contributes to a reliable, responsive client experience
Requirements
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have...
- 1+ year of experience in client service, financial operations, or a similar support role
- Proficiency with computers and comfort working across multiple platforms and tools
- Ability to manage multiple client workflows and prioritize tasks without losing track
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, courteous, and responsive
- High level of integrity - trusted to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
