Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Charles Cathey – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
