Clarity Partners is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative local to Chicago, IL. This position will support a large-scale client project to assist with on-street parking, red light, and speed enforcement programs. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative requires demonstrated understanding of service center support processes and procedures. This is a hybrid position that will report on-site 4 times a month.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.
* Research and analyze inquiries and concerns and communicate the information required for the motorist to take the appropriate action in resolving their situation.
* Ability to accurately enter and record interactions with motorists and notes all actions and/or steps completed.
* Walk the customer through billing types, charges, and rates.
* Direct unresolved/out of scope issues to the next level of support personnel/ the proper department.
* Perform clerical duties, such as receiving and sending faxes, filing, and writing work orders.
* Provide accurate information on billing types, charges, rates, and municipal requirements.
* Notate events and problems and their resolution.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service and solid understanding of phone and customer service etiquette.
* Must learn, adapt, and adjust to frequent script changes and changes in the parking, red light, and speed enforcement program.
* Required to report onsite 4 times a month.
* Ability to learn client applications and perform general office duties.
* Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to retain a wealth of information to provide to customers.
* Fluent in Spanish.
* Proficiency in English.
* Possess basic computer skills.
* Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, the hourly rate is $17.00/hr the pay rate represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting.
