This position is administrative pertaining to the duties of order entry, rescheduling, and shipping information in reply to any customer inquiry. This position includes daily interaction with all departments within Marian, Inc. to resolve customer issues and/or questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Entering and acknowledging customer purchase orders.
- Point person for customer contact to process, schedule, expedite and status purchase orders.
- Provide invoices, packing list and tracking information to customers as directed.
- Research for proof of delivery to assist customers in paying invoices.
- Maintain customer information in ERP system.
- Resolve Shipment discrepancies
Subject to management discretion
General
CSR works closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to provide accurate information and timely updates to customers.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Training
Introduction to company policies, customer service procedures, and communication guidelines. The representative is trained on how to use internal systems, handle customer inquiries, and follow escalation processes.
Experience
Experience using an ERP system, customer service and manufacturing is required. Knowledge in Outlook, Excel, and Word software required.
