Guest Information Representative

Overview

The Chicago White Sox are seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our Guest Experience Team. Guest Information Representatives are often the first point of contact for guests, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Answer incoming guest calls
• Provide general ballpark information, policies, ticket information and directions to the ballpark
• Solve customer issues and/or direct calls to the correct department

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions
• Ideal candidate exhibits strong problem-solving skills and professional judgement
• Knowledge of baseball and the Chicago White Sox is preferred
• Must be comfortable explaining technical information regarding our mobile ticketing app to guests (in response to incoming calls)
• Must be available to work select holidays, weekends & evenings
