LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a respected organization seeking a Retirement Benefits Service Representative to join their team in Chicago. This position is contract‑to‑hire and ideal for a service‑driven professional ready to support retirees with care, clarity and confidence.

As a Retirement Benefits Service Representative, you are the face and voice of the organization. You’ll guide retirees through pension questions, benefit updates and profit‑sharing plan inquiries after training.

• Answer inbound calls from retirees and future retirees
• Explain pension and retirement benefit details
• Maintain and update retirement account records
• Process dependent changes and administrative updates
• Support profit‑sharing plan inquiries post‑training
• Assist with general office and switchboard duties

• Customer service or call center background
• Strong multitasking and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional phone presence
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Quick learner with attention to detail
