Hire is looking for a Help Desk team member based in the greater Nashville area. The role requires strong customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of call center or help desk experience and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
You will handle 30–50 tickets per day regarding profile maintenance and login issues within a call center environment. Previous experience with tools such as Google Drive and Jira is highly desired.
