Team Overview
The Premier Customer Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Trans Union's top-tier B2B clients, driving a seamless customer experience through escalation management, service level oversight, and root cause analysis (RCA). This role partners cross-functionally to coordinate incident communications, deliver performance insights, and strengthen client relationships while supporting continuous program improvements. The Premier Customer Relationship Manager reports to the IT Support Manager.
Role Overview and Core ResponsibilitiesThe Premier Customer Relationship Manager helps to maintain and enhance the customer experience by:
- Creating Root Cause Analysis documents
- Calculating service levels and creating monthly customer metric summaries
- Providing relationship manager support for top clients
- 4+ years in technology and/or IT customer support position
- Strong analytical acumen and solution orientation to understand the nuances of complex application, systems, and architecture designs
- Available for after hours/on‑call support and occasional overnight travel (3–5 times per year)
- Experienced in developing presentations and presenting
- Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science and/or the equivalent
- Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Outlook
- Strong preference for experience in SharePoint, Splunk, Salesforce, and CRM reporting tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Exposure to Splunk or similar monitoring tools
- Background or exposure to financial services or insurance

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,750.00 – $131,250 annually. Actual compensation is based on additional factors such as education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge. Regular, full‑time non‑sales positions may be eligible to participate in Trans Union's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may also be eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on company guidance and plan documents.
