THE RICHARD H DRIEHAUS MUSEUM in Chicago is looking for a Guest Services Associate (Events Focus) to enhance visitor experiences through exceptional service. The role includes overseeing event guest management, conducting tours, and assisting guests with inquiries.
Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS in relevant fields and possess strong interpersonal skills. This position requires flexibility in scheduling as well as a commitment to maintaining the Museum's high standards of service.
