Manufacturer Collaboration Specialist

Description

Position at Parts Town.

As our Manufacturer Collaboration Specialist (internally known as The Task Masters), you will be responsible for helping track down backordered items, confirming inventory levels for items needing to be expedited, and providing an overall world‑class customer experience for our internal teams and customers. You will also play a large role in contributing innovative solutions to streamline the way information is shared between partners, team members, and customers.

• Maintain and grow strong and friendly relationships with our vendors
• Resolve order inquiries from our customers
• Manage and track SKUs
• Maintain Salesforce records of requests requiring follow‑up communication
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies

• All‑star communicator fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Passion for operations and supply chain management
• Self‑starter who thrives in a team environment
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel and Access, especially)
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify process improvements

Salary range: $45,989 - $62,065 annually. The range is based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
