JR14212## CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5-mile oval located in Joliet, Ill., approximately 30 miles south of downtown Chicago on Old Historic Route 66. On July 3-5, 2026, NASCAR will make its much-anticipated return to Chicagoland Speedway for three days of racing action. NASCAR Chicagoland Speedway is seeking individuals to work in the ticket office on the event weekend, July 3-5.Responsibilities:
* Sell tickets in person at the ticket office
* Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets
* Accurately and efficiently access and provide account information
* Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticket issues
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Have a positive attitude!

Requirements:
* Minimum 18 years old
* Ticketmaster software experience
* Experience handling a large volume of sales
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to communicate in an effective and professional manner
* Reliable transportation to and from event location
* Pass background and credit screening
