Front Desk Agent
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and team members. Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization and services
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and reservations as needed
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Ensure security protocols are followed and report any concerns to management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude

Requirements Education & Experience- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Prior front desk or reservations experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Experience with hotel reservation and property management systems, including PEP (Property Engagement Platform) and OnQ
- Knowledge of check-in and check-out procedures
- Understanding of room types, rates, and availability
- Familiarity with billing, payments, and cash handling
- Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality
- Multilingual abilities
- Knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- Previous hotel front desk experience
