Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients, visitors, and team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization and services
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and reservations as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and report any concerns to management
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Requirements Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Prior front desk or reservations experience a plus

  • Ability to handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations
Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
