Humboldt Park Health is looking for a Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls and assist patients and visitors at the information desk. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing calls, locating patients in our system, and greeting visitors. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 1:30pm - 10:00pm including weekends and holidays.
