Guardian Vets is hiring a Senior Customer Success Analyst to help strengthen client relationships, prove customer value, improve retention, and support account growth.

This is a hands on startup role for someone who can combine customer success, data analysis, client reporting, process improvement, and proactive account management. This is not a basic support role. The focus is on helping clients understand the value Guardian Vets creates and turning that value into stronger relationships, renewals, and expansion.

What you will do
  • Manage client reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Track key customer success metrics, including call volume, response times, client satisfaction, appointment activity, and revenue impact
  • Prepare clear client updates that show value, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Identify accounts that need attention and help create action plans
  • Support onboarding, renewals, expansion, and client communication
  • Work with operations and leadership to improve customer outcomes
  • Turn data into simple, useful recommendations for clients and the internal team
What we are looking for
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with customer data, spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
  • Able to explain insights clearly to clients and internal teams
  • Customer focused, commercially minded, and detail oriented
  • Proactive, organized, and able to operate independently
  • Comfortable in a fast moving startup environment
  • Experience in customer success, account management, operations, or business analysis
