Fierce Staffing Services is seeking polished, professional, and experienced event staff to support the NAACP 116th National Convention - America's most recognized civil rights convening, bringing together elected officials, community leaders, activists, and advocates from across the country. This is a high-visibility, high-expectation assignment at one of the most significant cultural and civic events of the year, requiring team members who bring professionalism, precision, and poise to every interaction.

Multiple shifts available from 6:00AM- 7:30PM
Registration Staff serve as the first point of contact for thousands of NAACP convention attendees, setting the tone for the entire event experience. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a warm, professional presence under high-volume conditions.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assembling attendee materials, badges, and swag bags prior to and during the event
- Leading the check-in process for convention attendees with accuracy and efficiency
- Processing badge distribution and managing attendee queues to optimize flow
- Supporting VIP and sponsor check-in with elevated concierge-level service
- Assisting with registration area setup and breakdown
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at all registration and guest-facing areas
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Highly professional and polished in appearance and manner
- Strong communicators with excellent customer service instincts
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Adaptable and comfortable with shifting priorities in a live event environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to performing at a high level
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods throughout a full shift
- Prior experience in conference, convention, hospitality, or large-scale event staffing is strongly preferred
