Position Overview

We’re searching for a Customer Success Manager to join our EZLynx team in a hybrid setting. We look for individuals who value teamwork, embrace diverse experiences, welcome challenges, and approach customer relationships with a focus on results.

What You’ll Do
  • Forge strong, productive relationships with enterprise customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve maximum adoption of the EZLynx platform
  • Provide first‑class customer service, resulting in high NPS scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and communicate product requests promptly
  • Analyze and solve challenging customer requests with creative solutions
  • Monitor customer usage metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend new product features
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business initiatives and create strategic success plans
  • Gauge customer engagement and provide feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements
  • Drive communication and customer advocacy across departments to ensure a consistent experience
  • Occasionally travel for customer events or team meetings
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success role, demonstrating best practices and customer retention expertise
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
  • Empathetic approach to customer frustrations and needs
  • Experience working with customer and senior executive stakeholders
  • Creative problem‑solving mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Other Skills or Credentials
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Insurance Agency Networks
Location

Hybrid work from our offices in Lewisville, TX or Chicago, IL (West Loop).

Salary

Targeted starting base salary in the United States ranges from $65,000 – $80,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses and commission.
