What this job involves:
As a Guest Services Associate at JLL, you'll be the heart of extraordinary guest experiences at one of our most exciting client offices, creating best-in-class reception and concierge services that leave lasting impressions. This role is all about being the all‑around experience expert who enthusiastically welcomes guests, anticipates their needs, and responds with personal spirit from arrival through departure—no matter how busy the day or what time it is.
You'll share your knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities to help everyone feel welcomed and productive, while working alongside teams across the organization to deliver memorable experiences. - Welcome employees, business clients, community members, and interview candidates with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, assisting with office orientation and ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences
- Proactively anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and share your personal passions and knowledge to help visitors feel welcomed and productive in the space
- Track all visitors including vendors and guests, manage parking and vehicle logs, and coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors
- Welcome event guests and assist with printing visitor badges while maintaining accurate records and efficient processes
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services, packages, and mail with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in guest services and develop best practices and streamlined processes that elevate the guest experience
- Support facilities operations by assisting with employee on‑boarding and off‑boarding processes, accomplishing key performance indicators, and performing ad hoc assignments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience with a proven track record of creating exceptional experiences
- Natural people person who finds joy in serving others and creating experiences that go beyond the expected
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and passionately, demonstrating fluency in English and the local language
- Strong multi‑tasking abilities with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments
- Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and adapting to changing needs throughout the day
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
- Experience in corporate reception, hospitality, or concierge services within dynamic office environments
- Familiarity with visitor management systems, security access platforms, and parking coordination tools
- Background supporting event coordination or special guest services
- Demonstrated ability to identify service trends and contribute to process improvements
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as carrying small packages
