Axiom Staffing in Vinings, GA is hiring for a Bilingual Lead for a clothing warehouse located in Atlanta, GA.
ScheduleMonday to Friday – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
PayStarting pay: $16/hour. Opportunity for increase to $18/hour based on performance and job proficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities- Supervise and support daily operations
- Manage and lead team members effectively
- Monitor productivity and workflow to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with reporting and operational tracking using Excel
- Maintain clear communication between departments and employees
- Bilingual required (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Strong leadership aptitude and supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
