Job Overview
Midtown is seeking a Spa Receptionist to support our spa team by creating positive impressions and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Greet members by name and with a smile.
- Book and rebook members’ services.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and retail area.
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Respond to members’ questions and concerns as needed.
- Provide additional support to the spa team.
- A passion for quality service and assistance.
- Ability to multi‑task, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous spa experience is strongly preferred.
- Availability for weekends and evenings.
$18 per hour.
