the Role

At Autohaus on Edens we care and invest in our employees. We are seeking an energetic individual to work with our unique Client Care team. The BDC department is responsible for setting service appointments, checking on vehicle status, and fielding calls. Staff members, known as Development Business Representatives (D ) or Business Development Representatives (BDR), make these calls throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound customer calls, including follow‑ups.
  • Quick responses to internet and phone inquiries using email, phone, and text templates.
  • Provide customers with initial service information and direct them to the service department.
  • Help resolve client issues with the service manager.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are no‑shows.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, the service team, and dealership management.
  • Utilize the CRM tracking system daily while working with the Director to clearly communicate goal status and achievements.
Requirements
  • BDC experience preferred, but not required.
  • Teachable and ready to learn.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team‑player attitude.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
