Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction:
    Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Order Processing:
    Efficiently handle and process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Account Development:
    Identify and develop opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client accounts.
  • Customer Support:

  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and developments.
  • Relationship Building:

Requirements
  • Experience:

    A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related sector is advisable.
  • Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative work or insurance consulting can be beneficial.
  • Communication

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and positively.
