- Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - Order Processing:
Efficiently handle and process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment. - Account Development:
Identify and develop opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client accounts. - Customer Support:
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and developments. - Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients to bolster loyalty and retention.
- Experience:
A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related sector is advisable. - Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative work or insurance consulting can be beneficial. - Communication
