Clarity Partners is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will support on-street parking enforcement programs. This hybrid position requires applicants to report on-site 4 times a month and offers a rate of $17.00/hr.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, entering interactions accurately, and providing information on billing. The ideal applicant will have 2+ years of customer service experience, fluency in both English and Spanish, and strong organizational skills.
