About the OpportunityAs a Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, welcoming everyone, managing front‑desk operations, and supporting Community Management throughout the day at one of our locations.
Responsibilities- Greet members and guests warmly; cover the front desk during building hours and act as the on‑site point of contact.
- Register and check in visitors in accordance with WeWork guest policies, providing orientation and support.
- Issue and collect keys, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, and notify members of deliveries.
- Assist with mail and package handling, monitoring received items and maintaining the mailroom policies.
- Support building operations: pick up rubbish, reset furniture, restock amenities (treat bowl, keycards, printers, etc.) and respond to emergencies.
- Build member engagement by learning names and businesses, recording notes, offering relevant WeWork products, and promoting local services.
- Monitor and adjust the building environment as needed, ensuring a welcoming community experience.
- Strong people‑oriented interpersonal skills and comfort being the face of a brand.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with a focus on member experience.
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer‑service experience (preferred but not required).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use WeWork systems.
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, accountability, work ethic, and compassion.
- Passion for and understanding of WeWork’s mission and values.
- Secondary school certificate preferred but not required.
- Base Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 hourly.
- Incentive Compensation:
Eligibility for a role‑specific incentive plan. Details will be provided upon employment. - Benefits: 20 days PTO, ~13 paid holidays, 80 hours paid sick time, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare, 401(k), life and AD&D insurance.
