Description:

• Answer calls in a timely manner with proper greeting and a friendly voice.
• Paging staff members.
• Calling in Emergency Surgery Teams.
• Performing duties under stressful situations.
• Work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge:
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Customer service experience and computer skills required. Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish/Chinese).
• Abilities:
  Able to work weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings.

These duties must be performed in a highly confidential manner, following the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center. Employees are expected to provide high-quality care, service, and kindness to patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and guests.
