Overview
Full Time Chicago, IL, US
Salary Range: $16.00 to $17.00 Hourly
Responsibilities- Schedules dental appointments for General, Orthodontic, Pediatric and Oral Surgery
- Manages inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions and confirming pricing
- Keeps records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Answers questions related to patient insurance and determines eligibility
- Confirms patient appointments via outbound calls
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role is preferred
- Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
- Strong verbal communication skills along with the ability to actively listen
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Acts professionally and with integrity
