AMLI Residential is currently hiring a professional, service‐driven
** Concierge
* * to join our luxury community at
** AMLI River North**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being the go‐to resource for residents in a fast‐paced, urban environment. The Concierge provides high‐level assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting day‐to‐day service needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of local services, vendors, and amenities.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Build rapport with residents and respond to requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
* Research, coordinate, and schedule resident services, including: + Grocery delivery and relocation services + Vehicle services (repair, washes, appointments) + Dry cleaning pickup/delivery + TV setup, wall mounting, and home services + Transportation accommodations (airport transfers, rentals, taxis, limousines)
* Make reservations and arrangements for: + Restaurants, events, and game tickets + Floral orders + Vet, kennel, and travel accommodations
* Manage amenity and penthouse reservations
* Receive and coordinate package deliveries (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
* Manage the Luxer package system, including daily audits
* Develop and distribute a daily resident newsletter
* Maintain up‐to‐date merchant, vendor, and service contact lists
* Coordinate with the onsite property management team to resolve requests and follow up on issues
* Assist with special resident requests as needed
** Additional Expectations
*** Maintain a professional appearance at all times
* Participate in AMLI volunteer and community activities
* Support other AMLI communities when needed
** Schedule
* ** Full‐time,
** 40 hours per week**
* ** Tuesday – Saturday

* * Qualifications
* ** High School diploma or GED required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Minimum
** 3 years of customer service experience
** required* Previous concierge or hospitality experience strongly preferred
* Strong knowledge of the local area, services, merchants, and attractions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
* Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds or more
* Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems###
