Planned Property Management is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Client Services Team Member. This role is vital to supporting the growing needs of our customer service and marketing departments. We’re looking for someone personable, with the ability to connect with customers, ask insightful questions, actively listen, and offer helpful solutions. Strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a persuasive, descriptive style will be key to success.

As a Client Services Team Member, you’ll be one of the first voices our prospects hear—playing a key role in shaping their experience with us. You’ll connect with customers through calls, emails, and texts, helping answer questions, understand their needs, and guide them toward scheduling a tour. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized, and takes pride in creating positive, timely, and meaningful interactions.

• You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects—responding quickly to inquiries through calls, emails, and text messages, and making a strong, positive first impression.
• Answer and initiate conversations with a friendly, consultative approach. You’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help prospects find the right apartment to fit their needs.
• Schedule tours for prospects to connect with our leasing teams, ensuring a smooth and seamless handoff.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner across all channels, helping to resolve questions and remove barriers throughout their decision-making process.
• Document interactions, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in our system to support a consistent experience.
• Success in this role comes from building trust, staying consistent with follow-up, and meeting individual and team performance goals.
• Bring a great attitude to work each day, communicate effectively with your team, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Participate in training and development, share ideas for improvement, and support additional projects as needed.

• Full-time role that requires availability to work Saturday and Sunday.
• Weekend shifts are remote; weekday shifts are in-office (3 days).
• Schedule may adjust based on business needs.

$60,000 - $65,000 annually ($19 per hour plus commissions).
