Position OverviewCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS and are accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on company products and services, and maintaining company quality standards while complying with all policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educate customers on products and services
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
- Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
- Help maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
- Perform other duties as instructed by management
- Preferred: previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant industries
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Honesty and integrity
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Ability to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels

Salary$16.60 - $18.60 USD
