Business Analyst
As a Client Relationship Manager / Client Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact for the clients customers dealing in Futures & Options and OTC Clearing.
The primary functions of this role include:
- Providing client support with trade and position management.
- Managing client relationships.
- Responding to market and product inquiries across the derivatives space.
- Supporting top-tier institutional clients while delivering outstanding customer service to strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for client inquiries related to trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, reporting, and product offerings.
- Act as the central point of contact by researching and coordinating internally to resolve client queries and escalations.
- Handle escalations from both clients and internal teams to drive resolution on critical initiatives.
- Coordinate client outreach regarding last trade dates, physically settled contracts, and options expiries.
- Manage requests for additional access to the Mercury portal.
- Maintain regular communication with the Marketing team regarding client concerns, product requests, and internal tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and business partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and processes.
- Strong understanding of risk management in a client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of client execution and clearing for Futures and Derivatives products across global markets.
- Understanding of industry rules, regulations, and standard market practices.
- Experience with GMI and other systems associated with cleared Futures and Derivatives.
- Experience working in a global environment with outsourced partners is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the margin process for Futures and Options.
- Ability to drive innovation and contribute new ideas.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and viewpoints to determine the best solutions.
- Experience building relationships with a diverse client base and understanding evolving business needs.

- Ability to drive collaborative efforts to improve tools, technology, and ways of working.
