Fox Rent A Car is hiring a part-time Customer Service Agent in Chicago. You will warmly welcome returning customers, conduct vehicle inspections, secure keys, and document any issues for management. You will also review final charges with customers and assist in ensuring smooth vehicle handoffs and returns.
You will maintain a tidy ready line area, prep vehicles, inspect quality, facilitate exchanges or upgrades, and help customers locate their rentals and manage luggage when needed.
