Reveal is seeking a Director, Customer Success – Corporate Segment in Chicago, IL, to lead and develop the Corporate CS organization and drive adoption, renewal success, customer health, and Net Revenue Retention across a portfolio of corporate customers.
You will coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, partner with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support to maximize customer value, accelerate adoption, and strengthen long‑term partnerships in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
