Steppenwolf Theatre Company is seeking a part-time Audience Services Associate to process ticket and membership transactions by phone, in person, and via email using Tessitura CRM at 1700 N Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60614.
You will also assist with will-call, ticket mailings, and patron inquiries, guiding guests to suitable ticket and membership options. The role requires 15-25 hours weekly, evenings and weekends, with paid training and team support.
