Fernwood Property Management is seeking a customer-focused Lead Concierge to join our team at Aspire Residences in Chicago's South Loop. This leadership role serves as the face of the community while supporting daily concierge operations and assisting the Resident Services team with key administrative and resident-facing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is a hospitality-minded professional who enjoys building relationships, leading a team, and creating an exceptional experience for residents from move-in through move-out.

• Lead and support the concierge team while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

• Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents with professionalism and warmth.

• Assist with scheduling, training, and daily oversight of concierge staff.

• Manage visitor access, package deliveries, key control, and resident requests.

• Monitor building security systems and respond appropriately to emergencies.

• Maintain accurate concierge logs and communicate important information between shifts.

• Ensure the lobby and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless experience.

• Conduct pre-move-in apartment inspections and coordinate readiness with onsite teams.

• Prepare move-in packets, resident communications, and related documentation.

• Support resident file management and administrative tasks.

• Assist with resident correspondence, work order follow-up, amenity reservations, and other resident service requests.

• Partner with leasing, maintenance, and management teams to provide outstanding resident satisfaction.

• Help resolve resident concerns promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Previous concierge, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, or customer service experience required.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience in property management or resident services is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management software.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
