Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)
Location – Chicago, IL - HybridPay: $18.20 per hour
Schedule:
Part-Time, 3–5 days per week, 4–5 hours per day (based on business needs)
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.
- Document customer interactions and process requests accurately.
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns when needed.
- Navigate multiple computer systems while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
