The Customer Care Representative - Utilities will ensure customer satisfaction while processing payments and detailing their interactions. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive, professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a professional level of support. Offering customers appropriate payment solutions based on their individual financial circumstances, processing payments, and facilitating service orders to turn on or disconnect service.

Navigating multiple systems and using appropriately depending on the call type. Creating detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in SAP and CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems).

Requirements include a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a contact center/call center environment, no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years – we are seeking stability in the work history, experience using a dialer system, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to type at 40 words per minute and talk simultaneously, and ability to navigate multiple systems and use appropriately depending on call type.
